We’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected, vastly experienced Senior PR Lead to spearhead our Culture and Live Entertainment team as it enters an exciting new era. With knowledge of our existing client base and applying creativity and passion to help the team’s expansion within existing and into new areas, the successful candidate will thrive in helping to develop the Culture & Live Entertainment division, working within the company’s senior leadership structure and steering the charge of an incredible team delivering phenomenal campaigns.
Key traits we’re looking for from the successful candidate:
● Has at least 8+ years' experience in PR, with significant experience in entertainment, culture or live events, ideally with experience working within an agency
● Curiosity and passion for developing the way the team works
● Engagement with key stakeholders in the wider industry and an ability to spot business development opportunities
● Fantastic line management skills, helping to establish and maintain team structures, and supporting company-wide work
● A first class operator who is friendly, compassionate, ambitious and creative, willing to delegate work and guide the team on project work when they need it - bringing a calm, problem-solving approach to management
● Experience leading teams, and first hand experience in delivering comprehensive, top tier publicity campaigns, as well as an understanding of the evolving methods required for successful campaigns in an increasingly fragmented media industry and across a range of mediums
● A strong personal network, ranging from media, producers, creatives and creators to clients, stakeholders and leading industry figures
● A passion to grow the Culture & Live Entertainment division of the company, applying their skills to securing new business and enjoying the benefits of such hard work
● Has a genuine passion for culture, live entertainment and the creative industries - loves comedy, immersive shows, theatre, podcasts, TV-to-live show crossovers and other live entertainment/arts, as well as collaborating with brands
● Is strategically minded, commercially aware and confident advising senior clients and stakeholders - gets personal satisfaction from seeing our client base and the financial performance of the company grow
● Has experience handling crisis comms situations in a calm manner
● Has a strong track record of winning, growing and retaining clients, and is confident leading pitches and identifying new business opportunities
● Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can confidently manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

As Senior PR Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping strategy, nurturing client relationships, growing the department and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional work.
● Lead the Culture & Live Entertainment department, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile clients and campaigns ranging from comedy, theatre, immersive shows, podcasts, events and IP cross-overs
● Support the team to develop and deliver strategic, creative PR campaigns
● Act as the senior client lead, building trusted relationships and providing strategic counsel.
● Lead, mentor and develop a talented team of PR professionals, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
● Supporting wider leadership team to identify and secure new business opportunities, lead new business pitches and contribute to the continued growth of the department and wider agency
● Work collaboratively with colleagues across the agency to deliver integrated campaigns.
● Identify media opportunities, cultural moments and partnerships that elevate campaigns and deliver impactful results.
● Manage budgets, forecasting and campaign performance, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard
● In line with the above, managing an annual revenue budget to ensure C&LE performance through the year is in line with agreed targets
● Integrating within the company’s senior management team, supporting company wide initiatives such as training days, developing agency best practice, and supporting the company’s Social Committee
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, journalists, producers, promoters, talent, agents and key industry stakeholders.

Position: Senior PR Lead – Culture & Live Entertainment
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with flexible working based around core hours of 10:00am–5:30pm
Salary band: 60k-67.5k, dependent on experience, plus bonuses subject to team/agency performance
Start Date: September/October 2026
Location: Hybrid working, with three days per week at our Leicester Square office and two days working remotely, with frequent opportunities to work from our Manchester office
